Sheet Metal Laser Cutting
Our Trumpf TruLaser 5040, with its 24-kilowatt resonator, is one of the most powerful sheet metal lasers in central Alberta. We cut everything from light-gauge sheet to heavy plate, in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials. Whether you need a single prototype or a production run in the thousands, the same machine, the same operators, and the same quality standard apply.
Tube Laser Cutting
Our Trumpf TruLaser Tube 7000 processes round tube from ½" up to 10" OD, with 30 feet of infeed and 20 feet of outfeed for long stock. Complex multi-feature cuts — notches, holes, copes, mitres — happen in a single pass instead of through multiple setups and secondary operations. The result is faster turnaround, less handling, and tighter fit-up on welded assemblies.
Press Brake Forming
Two Trumpf press brakes give us a wide forming range. Our TruBend 5320 delivers 350 tons of bending capacity across 16 feet — enough for heavy structural parts and large-format work. Our TruBend 5085 handles 85 tons over 9 feet for tighter, more precise work and light-gauge sheet. Both machines use programmable backgauges and a full tooling library to keep us consistent across long runs.
CNC Tapping
Threaded holes added in-house with our CNC tapping arm. Saves the time, expense, and risk of shipping parts to a separate shop for tapping after laser cutting and forming — and keeps quality control with us, where it belongs.
CNC Turning
Turned parts to print — shafts, bushings, custom cylindrical components — produced on our 2-axis CNC lathe. The same prototype-to-production flexibility we offer everywhere else in the shop.
CNC Milling
Brackets, plates, fixtures, custom-machined features — our 3-axis CNC mill handles milled components in steel, aluminum, and other materials, complementing our cutting and forming operations and reducing the number of vendors you need for a complete part.
Design & Engineering (Solid Edge)
Bring us a sketch, a sample part, or a finished drawing. Our team models and details parts in Solid Edge, working with you to refine the design for manufacturability before a single piece of material is cut. Solid Edge files export cleanly to whatever format your downstream processes need.
